Last week I signed on with Hospice because I was having so
much trouble getting my meds right and on a good schedule. To make a long story short, after calling my
sister, Joyce, early one morning for help, the doctor, Joyce and I decided that
would be the best solution. And it has
worked! I’m much more lucid this week
and not as weak.
Hospice has so much to offer, besides the RN’s they will
provide home health aides to help you bath or do some light house work. Also,
volunteers to cook meals or do some light housekeeping. Many things that I don’t necessarily need
right now but may down the line.
Everyone keeps telling me that I need to let other people
help me out so I’m trying to do just that.
No matter how hard it might be.
Really, I can’t do much myself anyways!
Thinking of you Linda! You sound upbeat and that's so important. You are such a fighter, but yes, let others help ease your burden. We miss you but I'm so glad you're with your sister! Love from Truckee!

After a long fight...your keyboard will be silent now. We'll miss that and I will miss you my dear friend. Rest now. Always in my heart. xo, j
